...from the best of Pittsburgh's neighborhoods and the best of modern urban planning and design. Like Celebration in Florida, Kentlands in Maryland, and more than 200 other communities nationwide, Summerset is a "new traditional neighborhood" and is being developed just a few miles from downtown.
Chris worked with communication firm Agnew Moyer Smith to tell the Summerset story. The result is an informative and attractive brochure that marries architectural renderings, site plans, and intriguing photographs with details about the community, its homes, and amenities.
Later, Chris again collaborated with Agnew Moyer Smith to create a companion piece to the brochure describing The Reserve at Summerset, the community's rental homes.
